For the residents, we believe in honoring individual choices and in the right to exercise control over decisions and daily routines. For the staff, we seek a working environment that places decision making closest to the resident and values suggestions and individual initiative.

We believe in the importance of acknowledging each person's accomplishments with personal expressions of congratulations and gratitude.

What makes Edgewood a special place to live and work is the quality of the relationships we form between the staff, residents, children, and visitors.
