The Edgewood Centre nursing home is located on the New England seacoast in scenic Portsmouth, New Hampshire and is easily accessible from points North via the Spaulding Turnpike, points West via Route 33, and from Maine on Interstate 95.

From Interstate 95

Coming from the North or South on Route 95, take New Hampshire Exit #5 and follow the signs for Portsmouth NH and the Route 1 Bypass.

Proceed to the Portsmouth traffic circle and follow the directions below.

From the Spaulding Turnpike

Follow Routh 4/Route 16 South to its end (past the Pease Tradeport exit.) When the road splits, bear left following the signs for route 95 North and Route 1 North.

Proceed to the traffic circle and follow the directions below.

From the Portsmouth NH Traffic Circle

Exit the rotary at the Route 1 South Bypass, heading toward Hampton and the beaches. At the third set of lights, take a left onto Greenleaf Avenue.

At the stop sign, take a left onto Lafayette Road. This road immediately becomes Middle Road.

At the first set of lights turn right onto South Street. Edgewood is located at 928 South Street. The entrance is on the right hand side at the second blinking yellow light.

From Route 33

Take Route 33 East into Portsmouth, NH. Continue on Route 33 until it becomes South Street.

Edgewood is located at 928 South Street. The entrance is on the right at the second blinking yellow light.
