As a NH nursing home, our mission at The Edgewood Centre is to meet the full spectrum of unique needs (physical, emotional, social, and spiritual) of each person in our care.
Mission in Action: Our Goals
In our skilled rehabilitation program, we provide the highest quality of nursing care and rehab services to residents while facilitating their safe transition from hospital to home. As a skilled nursing care facility, our ultimate objective is to assess and assist each individual in attaining and maintaining the level of well being and quality of life they are seeking.
In our long term care, pediatric, and memory care programs, our goal is to promote the highest level of health and independence for each individual at a reasonable cost and with the utmost respect and dignity.
In our hospice program, we are dedicated to preserving the dignity of our residents during illness and to providing the resident and family with understanding, empathy, and spiritual support.
