Our goal for our rehabilitation program is to help residents attain the highest possible level of functional mobility, communication and independence as well as assist with a speedy return home. In our end-of-life-care, our goal is to increase comfort, decrease pain and preserve dignity.

Our rehab care program is highly individualized with no imposed minimum or maximum requirements. Each person’s rehab plan of care is dictated by their need, desires and ability. We reduce lengthy stays so that rehab clients can return home safely sooner.
