Focusing on long-term and post-acute care, Pinnacle conducts thousands of monthly surveys in order to establish a comprehensive review of its clients that will determine the quality of their products and services.  Additionally, in order to qualify for Pinnacle’s industry standard awards, clients much achieve a cumulative Best in Class customer satisfaction rating across a calendar year.

We are elated to announce that not only are we the only skilled nursing facility in NH to receive this award in 2018, we were also recognized in a multitude of areas.  These areas include: Overall Customer Experience, Overall Satisfaction, Dignity and Respect, Communication from Facility, Admissions Process, Professional Therapy Services, Activities, Laundry Needs, Nursing Care, Response to Problems, and Safety and Security.
