Skilled Nursing
The skilled nursing program at The Edgewood Centre provides treatment and care for residents managing a variety of medically complex conditions.
The goal of the program is to provide the highest quality nursing and rehabilitative care to help residents lead more active and independent lives, whether transitioning home or staying at Edgewood.
Skilled care most often begins with an on-site assessment at the hospital and continues through treatment and discharge planning. The physicians on Edgewood’s medical team and the licensed professionals in our rehab, skilled nursing and social work departments are available any time to answer questions, clarify coverage, or discuss issues that arise.
